Unauthorized Retailers: Items bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered by our return policy.
Partial Returns: You can return part of your order, and we’ll refund the purchase price of each returned item.

Exchanges
30-Day Exchange Policy – Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. If you’d like to swap your item(s), email our help team, and we’ll assist with your exchange request.
Return Condition – Products must be in like-new condition with the original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Consumable Products – Must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange
